Tax Professional position: requires completion of Tax Training, Compliance Training and Knowledge Checks. PTIN acquiring and/or renewal annually. (Annual Employment Contract) With this position you will advertise and acquire your own tax clients and your pay will be a split amount between yourself and the companies ERO where split amount is based upon experience ranging from 60/40 to 80/20(tax pro/ERO).

In-Key position: requires completion of Tax Training, Compliance Training and Knowledge Checks. (Annual Employment Contract) With this position you will assist with the advertisement of the company and Tax Pros. You will also assist the Tax Pros with inputting basic client information based on company need. Pay is paid out per in-key client you submit for the Tax Pro at the set rate of $25/client.
